Jenn Woods wins her first at Honor Speedway

The first night of the final racing weekend for the POWRI RMLSA 2019 Season saw 10 cars racing non wing at the Pueblo, Colorado 3/8 mile oval at Honor speedway . The #86 Jenn Woods got her first RMLSA win , followed by #39X Dakota Dillin and #00 Jacob Hazlett. #23 Cullen Potoker took 4th with #31 Steve Becker rounding out he top 5. #33 Gale Ingram #61 Jesse Fernandez, #7 Josh Flood, #32 Blair Cooper and #3J Joel Mellon rounded out the field.

Ullery wins at Honor Speedway

14 cars went south to the new Honor Speedway in Pueblo, CO for the last winged race of 2019, the Frank Potoker Memorial Race. Heat races were won by #1 Troy Ullery and #26 Chris Crowder. A special dash for cash race was run with several folks chipping in $150 for the winner with the top cars in heat race passing points entered. #7 Josh Flood took the win. the track dried out for the feature, with #1 Troy Ullery taking the win, followed by #23 Adam Trimble, #26 Chris Crowder, #61 Jesse Fernandez, and #39x Dakota Dillin. #32 Blair Cooper finished 6th, followed by #24B Johnny Boos, #3J Joel Mellon, #31 Steve Becker, #86 Jenn Woods, #10 Ken Brown, #3 Rick Marchbank, #33 Gale Ingram, #7 Josh Flood.

Boos wins again at El Paso County Raceway

17 POWRI RMLSA Lightning Sprints took over El Paso County Raceway for the last winged race there on a beautiful Saturday night in Calhan Colorado. Heat races were won by #82 Jason Woods and #24B Johnny Boos. The feature race went green to checkered once again on a smooth slick track with #00 Jacob Hazlett taking the green .Current points leader and 6 time winner this year, #24B Johnny Boos took the lead from the second row before one lap was complete, with #82 Jason Woods right behind him. Boos got a pretty good lead, but lapped traffic slowed up Boos allowing Woods to nearly pass for the lead with three to go, but Boos prevails at the end. #00 Jacob Hazlett rounded out the podium with his personal best 3rd place finish. #32 Blair Cooper finished fourth in his season best finish with #7 Josh Flood rounding out the top 5. #31 Steve Becker finished 6th, followed by #86 Jenn Woods, #21 BJ Sauer.#23 Colin Potoker, #13 Josiah King, #75 Corey Kelly, #61 Jesse Fernandez, #10 Ken Brown, #3 Rick Marchbank, #33 Gayle Ingram.
